OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS (“Official Rules”)

NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

GAME 2GIVE Contest (the “Contest”) is powered by Bungie, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) in support of Bungie Foundation. The Contest starts on December 1st, 2021, at 10:00 AM PST (the “Contest Opening Date”). The Contest closes at 11.59 PM PST on March 3, 2022 (the “Contest Closing Date”). There will be a random draw at 10:00 AM PST on March 7, 2022, amongst all eligible entries.

1.ELIGIBILITY:

The Contest is open to all individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country, state, province and territory of their residence at the time of entry. All other entrants under the age of majority will require parental consent to participate in the Contest. Subject to the age limitation provided above, entrants who are under the age of majority in their country, state, province and territory of residence at the date of entry are still eligible to enter the Contest and win a Prize provided that the parent or legal guardian of the entrant accepts the Prize and the terms and conditions hereof for and on behalf of such entrant and completes the required Declaration and Release Form (as further outlined below).

All applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation consists of entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, Sponsor and the Contest Administrator (the “Contest Group”) decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Each entrant (“Entrant”) may be required to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules.

2.HOW TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN APRIZE

2.a) BY MAKING A DONATION OR FUNDRAISE

Before the Contest Closing Date, visit www.Game2Give21.com and click on Donate and /or Incentives. You can enter for a chance to win one prize available by donating, or by fundraising $1,000 or more through your individual campaign.

2.b) NO DONATION NECESSARY

To enter for a chance to win the prize as listed above without making a donation or fundraising, you can send an email to game2give@bungie.com before the Contest Closing date including an original essay of fifty (50) words or more answering the following question “What do you think inspires the Bungie Community to support charitable causes around the world?”. Upon receiving a no purchase necessary request, a receipt confirmation will be send via email.

Submissions will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible and contain profanity. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify all such entrants from future contests conducted by the Sponsor without further notice.

3.PRIZING

There is one (1) prize consisting of a Limited Edition Item from Bungie Store signed by the Destiny 2 game developers. The approximate retail value of the prize is $150.00

The Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not refundable, for resale or convertible to cash. Alternatively, the winner may transfer the prize to an immediate family member who complies with these rules and regulations. The Sponsor bears no liability relating to the prize once it is delivered. If the selected entrant for the Prize forfeits the Prize, it may be awarded to another entrant, at the sole option of the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that the Prize, or any component of the Prize, cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute the same for another prize or component of equal or greater value, without liability.

Any matters concerning Prize that are not contemplated by these Official Rules, will be determined by Sponsor and its sole discretion. Expenses not specifically stated as included in the Prize are the sole responsibility or the Prize winners.

The odds of winning the Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

4.CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE

Prize claims are subject to verification. On March 7, 2022, at 10:00 AM PST a random draw will be held by an independent contest organization from among all eligible entries received by the contest closing date for all the prizes listed on Schedule 3 of these Rules. Before releasing the prize, the Sponsor or an Independent Contest Administrator will contact all the selected entrants via email within seven (7) days from the draw date. The selected entrant will be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) or, if the selected entrant is under the age of majority in their country, state, province or territory of residence, have his/her parent or legal guardian sign such Release Form on his/her behalf) confirming compliance with the Official Rules, acceptance of the Prize, as awarded, without substitution, and releasing the Contest Group and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and related companies, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with any Prize or the Contest. Each selected entrant must return a signed Release Form within ten (10) days of receipt, or he/she will be disqualified from receiving the prize, and another may be selected from the remaining eligible entrants until such time as a winner is chosen or there are no more eligible entrants, whichever comes first.

5.GENERAL

Official Rules Govern

Any attempted form of participation in this Contest other than as described herein is void and will result in disqualification, and if such person is selected as a potential winner, revocation of his/her Prize. The Contest Group reserves the right to disqualify any individual found, in its sole and absolute opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of the Contest. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like methods to participate in the Contest will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and will result in the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. In the event of a conflict between the Official Rules and any instructions or interpretations of these Official Rules given by an employee of the Sponsor regarding the Contest, these rules shall prevail. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of

these Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials including, but not limited to, the registration form, packaging, point of sale, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

Privacy and Publicity Rights

By accepting a Prize, the selected entrant agrees to allow the Sponsor and its designees the perpetual right to use his/her name, biographical information, image, photos and/or likeness and statements for programming, promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including but not limited to on television, video, the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

The Contest Group respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by the Contest Group to administer the Contest and, only if consent is actively given at the time of entry, to provide entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events, product news or special offers from the Contest Group.
